“Shout out to Ray at the Dallas Alberta Drive store. I needed help on making sure I purchased the correct type of hardwood flooring strips for a patch due to a wall removal for a mid-50s Ranch. Ray was extremely helpful in making sure I got a match to the hardwood floor already in the house, and both he and the store manager were extremely gracious in offering me a discount on the bundle since I needed such a small amount for the patch, which was over and above as I didn't even request that. That kind of customer service will keep me coming back to this location for all flooring and tile needs - great people.”

Recently was hired at his first engineering job post college in Coppell, texas. His new boss wanted him there immediately because of how much work they have. To say my son was excited would be an understatement. However, we live two hundred miles away and he had no apartment and just as importantly, no furniture. My son was able to quickly find an apartment close to his new job. After the drive up there, we had exactly 2 days to aquire all of the furniture he wouldn't need and no time to shop around for it. This led me to the most wonderful furniture company I have ever dealt with and a heaven sent representative named Brian. I spoke with Brian over the phone and described to him, the size of my son's apartment and what we thought he would need as kind of a starter kit of furniture. Brian then went through the store picking out furniture that he thought would be appropriate for my request. He gave a lot of his time and effort and then had the furniture shipped to the apartment next day. The furniture items he picked out were perfect and for a great price ! We could not have been more happy with the purchase and with CORT FURNITURE OUTLET in Dallas. “Every time I visit Kristen’s shop, I find something I didn’t know I needed (okay, maybe it’s a want...but we’ll call it a need). It’s the perfect place to pop into when you need a gift for literally anyone in your life. I did almost all of my Christmas shopping here, from my father-in-law to my brother’s girlfriend, and found something great for everyone.
The baby and new mama gifts are especially good — I’m always able to find something thoughtful and unique. There’s also a fantastic selection of kitchen and home items. Lately, I’ve been loving the addition of clothing and have picked up several pieces that have easily rotated into my everyday wardrobe, all at great prices.

I received a call from the owner at 3pm Friday that my chairs were ready for pickup. Yes, they have pickup and delivery but I’m less than 2 miles away so I offered to drop my chairs off. I will definitely use them again and I’ve already referred others.”
