Worst rental experience in my life even though the guy at the counter was a damn SAINT. Corporate needs to hire more people and stop fattening the shareholders’ returns. One person servicing 50 people. Appalling and a total mess.

There has got to be a better option. I don't have the patience to write the play-by-play out here. But 2+ hours to get a car, with no line, is unacceptable. Has to be a better option.
