Contrary to what some of the reviews say, I had a pleasant experience at this location.....
My rental was clean and practically brand new(2018 White Nissan Altima) and the staff were friendly and Nate really helped me out.....
I received a call 1 day prior to confirm my reservations pickup date for my rental and everything was great.....
Overall satisfying experience!

The staff at Enterprise was so courteous and helpful with line Rent-A-Car not only did they come pick me up early but they also insured me that everything was up to par with the rental car and when I returned it 6 hours before it was due back they were so helpful and so courteous I will be going to them for a car from now on thanks Enterprise love you guys.

I reserved online and received a confirmation call the day before my reservation so I could be informed of what to bring in with me the day of. Although my address on my license hasn’t been updated since I moved to dallas, my lease agreement, utility bill and pay stubs got me reserved with no problem. The young man who handled my reservation was prompt and polite. I had an email for a free upgrade and they upgraded me quite nicely! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Once I returned the vehicle my deposit was right back in my account and I was on my way. I will definitely rent from this location again!

This Location has a problem with customer service and understanding their own rental policies. A 3 star average on any social media platform is not good. 3 stars means you need work and a lot of it. Reading the other reviews it seems they have a very bad habit of talking down to the customers. Looking at the other social media platforms they also average below 3 stars... I see the responses from the enterprise care team to these bad reviews, yet the bad reviews keep rolling in. Sounds like there is bad leadership in this location and people need to be re trained or let go... Your staff is teaching new hires bad habits. What exactly is the enterprise care team doing to correct the bad customer service? I hope the manager of this location is reading this and I'm so glad you guys record your phone calls. I have filed a complaint on this location and the management with corporate and the regional manager... I have also reached out to others who have given bad reviews and it sounds like we've all dealt with the same person at this location who has no social skills. Hertz is a great car rental business they are right in the area, just let them know what a terrible experience you've had with this specific location and they will take care of you!

Great service! I loved the car. Payment processing and return of deposit was quick! Matter of fact on my bank statement the return of the deposit showed up before the deposit was subtracted.
I went in to get my car and said I was going to my nephew’s wedding. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned the car and the polite friendly man behind the counter asked if I had a good time at the wedding!!
It’s nice to be remembered.
I will use your services again.
