Awful experience, paid the whole balance months in advance and still got charged for not calling to close the account. The worse part and is that it wasn’t mentioned on the contract. Really bad practice. Scammers and con artists running Famsa customer service.

It has always been my favorite furniture store, my furniture has turned out good and when my armchair broke they were very kind and came to repair it but my two stars are because the last time I was the person who served us, he was very curt and treated us rudely. bad way
