“I originally intended to leave a review after purchasing my Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt Soft mattress, as my experience at that time was very positive. The team was kind, professional, and worked with me to secure a great deal. However, after some time, my husband felt that mattress was too soft, so I returned and purchased a Purple Cool Touch Premier Soft mattress. At the time of purchase, I was aware there was a small rip in the mattress, and the price was adjusted accordingly. As many people know, it can take time to properly adjust to a new mattress, so I gave it a fair trial period. Unfortunately, this mattress has not worked well for me. I also discovered that it appears shorter than a standard queen once placed on my Tempur-Pedic adjustable base. While that alone wasn’t my primary concern, my overall experience has been physically problematic. Due to my medical condition, which includes a muscle disorder and heart-related flare-ups, proper support is critical. Since using this mattress, I have experienced multiple flare-ups, including one that required hospitalization. At this point, I am unable to sleep on the mattress and am currently sleeping on my sofa. I want to be clear that my previous experiences with this company were positive. The team has been professional, transparent, and accommodating in the past. For that reason, I am giving them the opportunity to address this situation before adjusting my rating further. I have already reached out and am currently awaiting a response. I also came across other reviews raising concerns about authenticity. I cannot speak to those claims; however, in my personal experience, the company has been upfront about product conditions and professional in their interactions. My rating reflects the current outcome of my second purchase—not the customer service I previously received. Given my history with this company, I do expect a good-faith effort to resolve this matter appropriately. I would still recommend this company based on my experiences; however, I strongly encourage customers to do thorough, detailed research and ensure the mattress they choose truly fits their needs. Even with in-store testing and prior research, a few minutes of trying a mattress does not always reflect how it will perform over time. If possible, I would also recommend confirming trial or exchange options in advance to ensure there is flexibility if the mattress does not work out long-term. I will be updating this review based on how this situation is handled.”

“Been a customer of theirs for over 11 years now with two of my apts, always a great experience, I'm never rushed into buying something and delivery is always prompt. Quick set up and courteous delivery guys. I hope they still report to the credit bureaus when you make payments on time. I know they use to do, but not sure if they do currently. My own minor issue is that their selections are not a plentiful as one would hope it would be. Great if they had more Living rooms, Bedrooms and some entertainment stands or centers. They just need more stuff.”

She said at anytime the glasses fail. ANYTIME. Just bring them back and home depot would switch out no questions asked. i said sure. I never thought they would ever actually do what they said. But 3 weeks after buying I happen to be there and sure enough they swapped. then today it's literally been six months . i went in to purchase some other things. Just happened to stop by. I said hey, these are lifetime guarantee and Chris at customer service swapped out. No questions asked no issues.Best purchase ever. no, I will say why I was returning was not a faulty product.It was just wear and tear I put on them. And they stood by that product”
