“Samantha was fantastic in answering all of my questions and concerns. My husband and I were obviously skeptical of finding such a good deal on a Tempurpedic mattress, but she assured me that they were able to sell them at they price they are, due to minor imperfections, such as a light tear in the plastic bag they come in. Which I could care less about, but if you are buying this a Tempurpedic from a retail supplier such as Mattress Firm, I completely understand that if you are dropping $5K on a mattress, you expect it to be in PERFECT condition. But, if you are like me and would rather buy a mattress over 50% off because you couldn't care less about a minor imperfect, then this is the place to go!Samantha was great at communicating during the entire process, and they were able to deliver from Houston to San Antonio the very next day. They also delivered the mattress within the exact time frame they provided, which I am also grateful for! Too many organizations can't execute their communicated time frames. Additionally, they give a 15 day trial period to return the mattress if you don't like it. All in all, they were cheaper than the other third party dealers I spoke with, and their delivery fee is cheaper than many of the major mattress stores. All in all, we pretty much got the white glove experience without paying the white glove price. Will definitely recommend them if you want a good deal and a great customer experience. I can't speak on their other items such as appliances, but for mattresses I am super impressed.”

I got a great deal on a speed queen washer + dryer set that I put in one of my Airbnbs. We thought the washer was having problems but it was a power issue. Kevin responded the same day, actually the day before TG holiday and came out until everything was up and running. Thanks to Kevin and his team our guests are happy, and we was happy too ?”

Quick set up and courteous delivery guys. I hope they still report to the credit bureaus when you make payments on time. I know they use to do, but not sure if they do currently. My own minor issue is that their selections are not a plentiful as one would hope it would be. Great if they had more Living rooms, Bedrooms and some entertainment stands or centers. They just need more stuff.”

“Washing machine wasn't draining anymore, needed the pump to drain water. Only place close and quick to get parts. Walked in was greeted polite, asked what I need. Told them what I needed and looked for the part ( also had the old drain pump with me) once they found the part we compared it to make sure it was the same and payed for it. Got home and fixed washing machine all in one day. Really glad they are close by and had the part in stock! Great polite people! Really recommend them.”

“I would like to take a minute to thank BRIAN in the plumbing department at this Home Depot. He made my shopping experience better than I even could've hoped for! I walked in all stressed out and unsure of what I needed in order to fix my leaking shower faucet at home. It was leaking so badly, it was a constant stream of water pouring out and I currently have the water main shut off in order to make this repair. I was looking at the faucet cartridge replacements when Brian walked by and asked if I was doing alright. I said "well, I'm not sure" and proceeded to explain to him what all was going on with my shower. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting the correct part, compared it to the model faucet which I confirmed was the same as mine, and went and got me a discount since my cartridge was from Home Depot, not too long ago, and had worn out. Mind you, Home Depot isn't the manufacturer of the part, they are just the supplier. The part I needed is made by Delta but nevertheless, Brian made sure that I was taken care of and given a discount to boot! He didn't make me feel stupid or act annoyed that I needed his help. He also didn't talk my head off or lecture me about whatever it is I was replacing. He was very genuine and down to earth. Best Home Depot experience I've had to date and I come here 50+ times a year.”
