The bank is wonderful but the Walmart site has quite a long wait, 20 minutes with three people in front of me. Not a Convenience!

They need to update their google info when I push the location that I wanna call which is Walmart on Samual why does it only give the main customer service number and not the location I sat on hold for 30 minutes when I could have call the location and someone would answer immediately

Very bad service, they serve all the time reluctantly, especially Killeen. They see that there is a long line and they prefer to be talking rather than serving people.
