They are friendly but when it comes to anything getting done it seems they simply do not care, my buildings elevator has been out s8nce I have moved in, even was promised it would be fixed within a week, it is now several months later and pricey rent, what am I to expect here

I just moved in two days ago. I had such an amazing experience with the leasing office personnel, specially Perla. The process was very smooth and Perla was quick to respond to emails. The apartment is nice and I like the complex. The only issue so far is roaches. I have seen and managed to kill a few so far.
