One location never made another ATM always down have to wait if u wanna deposit get cash ...I was waiting since they said yes we gonna have more...but it really an inconvenience...I drove 45 min and ATM down .

Has great customer service. I only wish they had more IBC Banks here in Dallas. I've been a customer for almost a year and I definitely feel secure. I strongly believe IBC has the potential to expand here in Dallas
