I use smaller local banks for the purpose of supporting small business. However … waiting 10 days for a check to clear is INSANE or INCOMPETENCE! And then .. when I ask Clifton about it .. he couldn’t care less.I’ll be switching ASAP!FYI … McKinney branch was nice.

I've been banking since 2002 with this bank it used to be Live Oak still same employees working there they know me by name. Customer service is great!
