“We’ve been wanting to update our original 1995 kitchen since we bought our house. When we finally got serious about it, we narrowed our search to 3 contractors. Ultimately we decided to go with KDC after meeting Mary Katherine to discuss our plans.Our designer, Katie, was awesome! We couldn’t have asked for someone better. She encouraged us to go outside of our comfort zone, choosing colors we wouldn’t normally, and we are very happy with the result. She definitely has an eye for design and remodeling our kitchen would have been nearly impossible without her guidance.There were some hiccups at the beginning when our project manager left the job, but the project coordinator, Zach, stepped in to take over the project and he’s the best! He’s so responsive and reassuring. I’m sure he got tired of us nitpicking everything, but he was always happy to help and always addressed all of our concerns.The subcontractors were all top notch. We love the Victors. And the cabinet installer, David, was great. And I can’t forget the floor guys! They managed to match the new floor stain to the existing floor seamlessly. And all of the subcontractors were very careful in our house and made sure to clean up at the end of each day.We were very anxious about being without a kitchen for several months, but overall, KDC made it just about as painless as it could be. We definitely plan on using them in the future for our other remodeling projects.”
