“This place is a hidden gem for anyone in search of top-notch plumbing solutions for their kitchen or bathroom. For me a huge difference between Lowe's and Home Depot. Lowe's & Home Depot have people to talk to but are not fully trained to understand exactly what you need. Apex with the nice staff and the education on things takes the time to understand what you are saying by not saying it yourself. This is a big investment, and you don’t want to get it wrong. Jeff and Jonathan are just incredible. Not only did they help me make the right decision, I sent photos to show them what it looked like after the install and it was better than I thought. They went over things with me and I went in there with one idea and they showed me options and suggestions. I took them up on a suggestion and man, it rocks.Thanks again, guys!! You guys are really what I needed. Great store to visit even if you just want to look at things but do yourself a favor it you are thinking about changing things up at home. Chat them! Trust me.”

“The quality is everything you expect from high-end fixtures. Brianna was very helpful when selecting the tile, fixtures, & finishes. The downside is that their special order fixtures took longer for them to make than the construction of my house. I was moved in 2 months before I received them. I would recommend buying in stock items if you need them quickly. Overall I was very satisfied.”

Jose looks mean and upset all the time but don’t let that take away from anything he’s actually an okay guy. Juan Miguel takes care of all the of the machines and really knows what he talking about. “We’ve been wanting to update our original 1995 kitchen since we bought our house. When we finally got serious about it, we narrowed our search to 3 contractors. Ultimately we decided to go with KDC after meeting Mary Katherine to discuss our plans.Our designer, Katie, was awesome! We couldn’t have asked for someone better. She encouraged us to go outside of our comfort zone, choosing colors we wouldn’t normally, and we are very happy with the result. She definitely has an eye for design and remodeling our kitchen would have been nearly impossible without her guidance.There were some hiccups at the beginning when our project manager left the job, but the project coordinator, Zach, stepped in to take over the project and he’s the best! He’s so responsive and reassuring. I’m sure he got tired of us nitpicking everything, but he was always happy to help and always addressed all of our concerns.The subcontractors were all top notch. We love the Victors. And the cabinet installer, David, was great. And I can’t forget the floor guys! They managed to match the new floor stain to the existing floor seamlessly. And all of the subcontractors were very careful in our house and made sure to clean up at the end of each day.We were very anxious about being without a kitchen for several months, but overall, KDC made it just about as painless as it could be. We definitely plan on using them in the future for our other remodeling projects.”

“I went to Crate and Barrell on yesterday to get my friend’s gifts for her bridal shower and Robert B. was very helpful. This was my first time at a Crate and Barrel store, so I was unsure of where things would be and this location is huge. Robert greeted me and offered to print the registry list to make it easier to select the items I needed. I already knew what I wanted to purchase so he went to locate each of the items that were in store. We were able to order one of the items to have it delivered to my friend’s home at a later time. He was attentive and very detailed when entering all my information and provided quality service. He even offered to help me carry the items out, though I did not need that assistance. I signed up as a first-time user and was able to apply at 10% discount to my purchase. The store was neat and there was plenty of staff working so that each could be attentive to the needs of customers that presented. I was very pleased with the service that I received and the prices. I will definitely come back to this location to shop again.”
