Staff members are extremely helpful. Large selection of items. Only issue was inventory online is not up to date. Item might not be available when you arrive.

Shop for 2-3 hours and still can't find anything to take home..

I am not sure what has happened to Macys over the years. It is as if they stepped in where Montgomery Wards left off. And if they do not step up their game, they may end up with the same fate. The store looks in disarray and the selection is not what it once was.
