“I am using their local address online service, and they are pretty good. I believe it's part of another large company, and they are one of the providers. I picked up packages from there with no issue. Normally it's empty, and the service was good.”
“I'm very satisfied with the outstanding customer service I received here. I had an appointment for fingerprinting. Mike immediately addressed my presence, stopped what he was working on, and made sure I had everything needed to proceed. The entire process took less than 3 min. Mike went above and beyond, even suggesting some local lunch spots that I asked about (I'm from out of town). Mike took the time of day to chat with me for bit while he took care of a new customer that had arrived. For this customer experience, I'm greatly appreciative. The "big-box" shipping storefronts can't hold a candle to Knox Street Postal Center. Thanks, Mike!”

“Lots of people I know go here, and I didn't feel like lining up at the post office so I gave it a try. Two times I have shipped to two different countries and it has literally arrived faster than FedEx. I was speechless both times... Because it's unheard of with basic shipping for things to arrive so fast!! He has my business. I'm done, not looking at any other shipping options except for mail express!!!”
“You mailed is best, safest, and efficient mail service to use. Packages arrive on time everytime. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have everything you will to send your packages just in case you you didn't have time to do it yourself. I enjoy going to you mailed the staff there are friendly.
