“This store is always SO busy! Come with an expectation of being here longer than 30 mins. No matter the time- I’ve tried early morning early afternoon late evening all having a looping line inside the store. The store representatives do their best but this is just a busy location.”

“Personal customer service! I recently had knee replacement and while I can drive it’s not possible to get in and out of my car and bring in packages at this time. The first time the sweet lady that works there saw me coming in, met me more than halfway to my car and got my package for me, scanned it and brought me my receipt. She also suggested that I call when bringing packages and someone would come to the car and assist me going forward while I’m unable to do it myself. I’ve been several times and the young men helping me have been helpful and kind as well. I just love Love LOVE my Heath UPS store! Thanks for everything!!!

“The UPS staff here were really great. They helped my family package and ship a bunch of artwork to be sent all over the country and the globe. Many of the objects were awkward or difficult shapes and they told us all our choices for packing them up and helped us find the best options for each thing. We appreciated both how thoughtful they were in their explanations and their patience as they helped us get through everything we had to mail out. They also were fast. We were doing this on the way out of town and were able to make our flights with time to spare.”
“I tried so many different places just to cash my class action check and nobody was able to cash it.. Not Ace, Kroger, Walmart etc.. Went to Cliff’s and was assisted by Nancy! Super cool personality and was very quick with helping me with cashing my check. Super thankful for her! Please give her an extra bonus of raise! She’s a rockstar!

“You mailed is best, safest, and efficient mail service to use. Packages arrive on time everytime. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have everything you will to send your packages just in case you you didn't have time to do it yourself. I enjoy going to you mailed the staff there are friendly. I haven't used any other mailing place since the first I walked into their establishment. You mailed it is number 1 in my book!”

“This place closes at 4pm on Saturdays. I’ve already drive away and forgot to take a photo of the store hours. Google maps need to update the time. I came here with a FedEx package at 4:25pm, and the store is dark and closed.”

Summary: walked in 4:55 - my 3 packages had shipping labels and ready to scan - young lady was closing out drawer and definitely lacked customer service.
Anyway, it is what it is.
