I opened a Certificate of Deposit. It took a very long time. Then they withdrew money from me. I only found out about it a week later, when I looked at my account at another bank. There was no information about the account number or the transaction. It was very difficult to contact. Finally they contacted me. Issue resolved!

12 mo CD paid high rate, I called & left a voicemail and a bank associate called back within 3 hours, providing personalized service on process to close out account. Very friendly. My account was funded within 3 business days. Highly recommend.
