The customer service is truly exceptional, with staff described as warm, courteous, kind, welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Specific commendations highlight front desk and valet staff for going above and beyond, displaying a genuine helpfulness and professional demeanor. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, with thorough housekeeping and a quiet, effective air conditioning system. It provides a welcoming atmosphere, made special during holidays. While some room elements, like shower tiles, could benefit from an updated design, the overall experience is excellent, leading many guests to highly recommend it and plan return visits.
Room was adequate. Bed was a bit worn and firm. Shower drained poorly. Valet parking was expensive with no other option to park. Room service was mediocre. Dead cactus in the lobby.

Good location. Easy street parking. The rooms are getting outdated, so you’re essentially paying for the location. Service can be slow at times. They have snacks on every floor and it feels safe as a solo female traveler.

The staff went above and beyond for me. I needed bags to use for ice packs due to a surgery. They found bags and brought ice for me.
