The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and security is always visible, ensuring guests feel safe during their stay. However, the hotel is a work in progress, with some rooms needing updates, while others have been recently renovated. The hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity is a significant drawback, as it is reported to be unreliable and slow, making it difficult to stream videos or browse the internet.
