So I bought something and it's the wrong size, need to exchange, can someone tell me why are there 11 people in line and 1 person working member services, this is ridiculous, ghetto location, stick with the north side locations, ughhhhh

Please do something about the panhandling in the parking lot. No one wants to be constantly approached by people asking for change!! Or random people coming up asking to load your items in your vehicle. If they were employees offering to help that's different.

Horrible customer service took almost an hour to buy a watch and cologne. The CSM was rude because I went looking for her. Will not recommend to any one.
