Restroom always locked and refusing to check if someone is in there. Staff nearly speaks English

The New Taco place here is not good at all. I ordered nachos and she put my nachos in the microwave to melt my cheese. That's an insult to nachos. Steak was horrible. Absolutely horrible experience.
