Other than they need a better street sign i had a wonderful experience in getting my rental. I missed it coming back but made it.

Disappointed by the (many!) undisclosed add-ons that the Thrifty’s at Dallas Love Field charged us. Adding my wife to the rental agreement? $15/day. Adding a toll tag ? Another $15/day. SWA wouldn’t nickel and dime their customer base this way. These were not disclosed on SWA’s site.
