Waleed genuinely cared about helping me make the best decisions, considering both my enjoyment and budget, with a thoughtful, balanced approach. It’s rare to work with someone who’s not only passionate about the product they sell but also about ensuring the client’s needs and interests are truly prioritized.
Though not everything was perfect – there was one moment when Waleed was a couple of minutes late due to a previous client taking extra time – his sincere and genuine apology made an impression. It’s rare to find this kind of authenticity in customer service today.
His communication was superb. Every promise he made was followed through without the need for me to follow up. Waleed’s attention to detail and commitment to delivering on his word made this a truly seamless experience.
As for the Porsche Dallas dealership itself – it’s a beautiful, well-maintained facility, and the staff complements it perfectly with their friendly and warm demeanor. While I’m obviously excited about my new car, knowing that the local dealership offers such a world-class experience makes it even better.

Not only do I get my regular maintenance services here, I had a rare instance where my diamond ring fell into the defrost vent and AB took my entire dash/electrical system apart to find it. He reassembled everything with no problem. I am a customer for life. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks again AB!”

Originally I thought I only needed one new rim, but Rey brought the other tire in to show me the other rim that needed replacement. Service was super fast and professional. Ray, the employee that helped me, jacked up my car, took the tire off, and had it patched for $15 in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend. Was there in total for less than 10 minutes.”

He always gets your issue diagnosed accurately and gets the repair or service done to spec and quickly. I’ve had a problem in the past that required dealer service intervention and that “ hand off” was done extremely well by the pros at Autoscope.
The valet service here makes car service easy. My car is always ready when promised- washed and looking great inside and out. First rate Euro auto service is what they are about.”

So I went to Dunlap and they repaired it quickly. However next morning that same tire was flat. So I took it back in the morning. Found two nails in my tire that were very close to one another. Dropped my car off at Discount Tire down the street and waited for 4 hours only to be told the hole couldnt be fixed. So I picked up my car and swung by to see if I had better luck somewhere else and within 15 minutes my tire was patched and I was ready to get back on the road. This will be my first stop if I ever need help with tires again!!!”
