“Laura-ASM and Layna. I’m a spiritual natural kind of guy and I like trying new things. These two Celsius were super helpful both times I came in to give me things that would help alleviate different kinds of sickness and different kinds of pains in my body and they listened to my needs very well to recommend the right products. I will definitely come back again.”
“Absolutely love this store. Great book bag selection. They also carry the new Redbull flavored Geek Bars (try it). Great staff , Mr.Drake helped me with everything I needed. I highly recommend this store (: Great Environment, awesome people.”

“I really love this smoke shop. It is literally the only one that I come to on a regular basis because the products sold, are top notch. What makes this place unique is that the staff always goes above and beyond in helping me find my perfect vape. I am absolutely grateful for the employees such as Dayne and Adolfo- super kind and friendly people. A huge shout out to the manager, Zach, for hiring kind and helpful staff and just over all for running such a fantastic smoke shop. KEEP THIS SHOP OPEN FORVER!”
“Has been my neighborhood smoke shop since the start of the year and the service is amazing! Everybody who works there really does a great job I’ve never had any sort of a sub par experience. There should be a tip option on the credit card screen.”
“The oldest and best vape shop in Dallas if not the country. The owner is very dedicated to getting people free of cigarettes and nicotine. I am personally almost done with vaping and am very pleased with the support I have received from the staff and owner. Plus there is a shop dog.”

“I don't typically leave reviews, but I felt the need to leave one this time after leaving. I've been coming here for quite a while now, and while I shop here a lot, it's almost always been because of the proximity to my work and not because it's been my 'favorite' place... that was until recently.
During the past year that I've been shopping here it's mostly been one guy behind the counter. I've never gotten his name but if I'm being honest he's always been quite rude, and in most cases comes across as very low energy or lazy. This place has only worked for me because it's been so close to my job after moving here, but the actual shopping experience has always been one I've dreaded. Jump ahead to a month or so ago and that all completely changed. I haven't seen the usual guy recently and instead I've been met with two faces that are new to me, Chloe and Payton. Since they showed up they have been WONDERFUL to shop with and have turned this place from somewhere I would only shop at because it was easy, to somewhere I go out of my way to shop at because I want to keep coming back. They answer all my questions, they are always full of energy with a smile on their face, and the most important thing is that you can tell they WANT to be here unlike the guy that used to work here. I don't know what happened to that other guy but I'm glad to see that whoever runs this place cares enough to try and breathe some fresh air into it by hiring people who actually do their jobs well. Just a few months ago I would've given this place two stars (maybe two and a half if you really stretch it.) but now that's changed to a full FIVE STARS!! ?
For the manager/owner... you're doing great with these new changes!!! I actually can't wait to see what other changes get made to keep making this place better than it used to be, but the two new faces have been a GREAT change.”
“Always love visiting PPV they carry a few unique brands and styles of quality glass that's not only affordable but well made. They also carry legit heady glass art. A lil bit of everything.”

“My and my husband bought us the tyn vape bars and they've lasted us two weeks without barely going through them. This vape shop has been the go to for us and they're very friendly!”
“I've been coming to this shop for a few months now, and it's easily the best spot in the area. The store is always extremely clean, well-organized, and doesn't have that overwhelming stale smoke smell that some places do. What really sets them apart is the staff- Madison helped me out today and took the time to answer all my questions about different vape coils and juice flavors without making me feel rushed. She is super knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you find what fits your needs rather than just pushing the most expensive item. Prices are fair and competitive with other shops around town, plus their loyalty program actually gives good perks. Highly recommend!”

“Very cheap prices, wide selection of product, great customer service 10/10. Would 100% recommend. The guy working there was very knowledgeable about all the products. They also have THC and CBD products, cool hand pipe and vaporizers too.”
“out of every shop i’ve been to, this the one that’s been consistent with flavors and product. it isn’t any of that fake stuff that some of the other shops be ordering tryna profit, this is the real deal. and next is definitely the price. lowest you’ll pay anywhere in the area by any competitor! legit!”
“The customer service is always the best that’s never a problem I have been coming here for about 3 years and everyone is always great from the morning crew to the night crew , I have however noticed the decline in keeping the incense along with other items stocked which is no fault of the employees but it used to be a woman who worked there who knew I loved the king cake smell and would go the extra mile to bring them from the other location …I did have the pleasure of seeing the manager a few weeks ago and he stated that he would be restocking soon but still nothing , strangely I was able to go to the location on Lemmon and find what I was looking for , so many selections of incense I was so confused how 1 store could be fully stocked while the other lacked. It’s really inconvenient to have to go to 2 stores when it’s so many smoke shops in the area that have exactly what I’m looking for despite this I have continued to shop at this location because I enjoy the workers and the Cbd dog treat but at this point it might be time to reconsider 😔”
