“I don't typically leave reviews, but I felt the need to leave one this time after leaving. I've been coming here for quite a while now, and while I shop here a lot, it's almost always been because of the proximity to my work and not because it's been my 'favorite' place... that was until recently.
During the past year that I've been shopping here it's mostly been one guy behind the counter. I've never gotten his name but if I'm being honest he's always been quite rude, and in most cases comes across as very low energy or lazy. This place has only worked for me because it's been so close to my job after moving here, but the actual shopping experience has always been one I've dreaded. Jump ahead to a month or so ago and that all completely changed. I haven't seen the usual guy recently and instead I've been met with two faces that are new to me, Chloe and Payton. Since they showed up they have been WONDERFUL to shop with and have turned this place from somewhere I would only shop at because it was easy, to somewhere I go out of my way to shop at because I want to keep coming back. They answer all my questions, they are always full of energy with a smile on their face, and the most important thing is that you can tell they WANT to be here unlike the guy that used to work here. I don't know what happened to that other guy but I'm glad to see that whoever runs this place cares enough to try and breathe some fresh air into it by hiring people who actually do their jobs well. Just a few months ago I would've given this place two stars (maybe two and a half if you really stretch it.) but now that's changed to a full FIVE STARS!! ?
For the manager/owner... you're doing great with these new changes!!! I actually can't wait to see what other changes get made to keep making this place better than it used to be, but the two new faces have been a GREAT change.”
