“First of all, I want to acknowledge that the postal worker I interacted with was the first truly thorough USPS employee I’ve ever encountered. She was simply doing her job, and I respect that.
That said, I was upset with the situation because I came in to intercept a package so it could be redirected to another location. Unfortunately, it was not sent to the correct location as intended.
I’m giving four stars because the customer service itself was good, but the outcome of my request was disappointing.”
“Came here for the first time to do my son’s passport. We had an appointment for 1115am, but got here almost an hour early. Because they were slow, staff member Janell was nice enough to assist us right away. The whole process took about 10-15mins. We did have a packet prepped prior to coming so I don’t know if it was on faster due to my preparation.
Janell was super nice and amazing! Lots of parking and one of the more cleaner and well-kept Post Office.”
