“I went here on the recommendation of a friend who's friend told him to go---and I was not disappointed! The jerks at a Ford dealership had 4 years ago not used a torque wrench and thus jammed the oil drain plug so tightly that neither I nor twice at an oil change place could un-jam the plug. McBroom's said that it would be a $700 job if they needed to remove and replace the oil pan if that was the only way that I could get the old oil out of the vehicle...and I said I understood and agreed (Googling the issue jibed with them) since I figured that I'd better be getting that oil changed after 4 years...even if only 16,000 miles. Even that $700 price is $200 below what Google reported as the Houston area average price for that job. They were able to get the already-wrecked plug out, and installed a new one after changing the oil...and also did a chassis lube as I had asked---all for under $100...thank you LORD! They could've went ahead and told me that they needed to at least remove the oil pan...and I would've been happy with that---but being decent folk, they did not. They also had it done in around an hour. 5-STARS and 2 thumbs up.”

“I have used Classic Collision for (unfortunately) three repairs now over the last four months and each time they've returned my car in brand-new condition. They even washed and detailed it for me! They've been very good about updating me on the progress when I requested. The one thing I wish I would've seen more of is the daily text updates—they offer them as an option but I didn't receive very many, just messages letting me know I would be receiving them and then the ones letting me know my car was ready for pick-up. The estimates they provided me were fair and pretty close to or higher than the actual repair costs. 10/10 would recommend!”
“I had a terrible experience with a local dealership that sold me a used vehicle with the impression everything was fine. Unfortunately that was a lie! The tires were mis matched and just off I asked the dealership about this and they said it wasn’t a big deal. Brought my new to me truck to Firestone and spoke with Randall who then informed me the truck I purchased should have never left the deal ship lot that the tires were not road worthy. He then helped me get all new tires all the way around and I feel much safer. He and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful! I will never take my vehicles any where else or trust a dealership service department again.”
