“I’m a bit late with this review, but let me tell you Ben is a very knowledgeable and honest mechanic shop owner, I had an issue with my car that I know for a fact that other shops would try to bleed me dry to fix. Ben however took his time and really looked into the issue with my Honda, next thing I know he found that it was a bracket that was loose and was straight up about it, the crazy part is he told me I was good and that I didn’t owe him for the issue. God bless this man truly because I was stressed out about the cost of repair, I will definitely be bringing my car to this shop.”

“I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision. While the repair process took longer than expected, Gabriel was great to work with throughout the experience. He was friendly, professional, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle.
I especially appreciated that the team was able to repair my wheel after my insurance company gave me a hard time about it. Their willingness to help resolve that issue made a big difference.
Overall, the quality of the repairs was good, and the customer service was excellent. The extended timeline was frustrating, but Gabriel's communication and the team's efforts helped make the experience a positive one.

You don’t get service like this every day. The staff were super friendly and they went above and beyond. I had my tires rotated about two weeks ago at Discount Tire, and they could never get the tire notification reset correctly. Jiffy Lube staff took care of it for me.”

“I took my 2021 Nissan armada to get the brakes fixed and serpentine belt replaced. The service was excellent. They did a great job servicing my vehicle. It’s hard to find a honest mechanic shop that does decent repair work. But when you do hold on to them, because they are like gold. It’s a family owned business not a corporation. I had a great experience with their brake service. The staff kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other places I checked.
One thing that really stood out to me was how clean and respectful they were. They cleaned the area they worked in and took care with my belongings. That may seem like a small thing, but to me, it showed consideration and professionalism.

“Sence I had my 2002 chevy silverado I been getting wheels Alignments for the past 5 years and never was satisfied because it didn't appeal to be tight within my expectations, my front-end. No one taken great care to do a inspection until I decided to take a chance to try Axle wheels Alignments, the alignment was tight with replacement of my front-end even though it costs me a prettiest penny however nevertheless I'm well pleased and would recommend this business.”
