“RMS is the best auto repair that I have used. They really stand behind the work they do and give you a warranty on the work. I’ve had a lot of things replaced on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they usually get it back the same day or early the next morning. They even offered to stay late to finish the job if I needed my car back that evening because a part came in late or It would be ready first thing the next day.That’s what I call service.”

“I usually go to way down S Post Oak for my inspections but those places seem kinda shady. I never felt comfortable. And they close at 5pm. So this time I tried 5 Minute Oil Change- only to find it was an hour wait! So I drive over to an independent Lube and Wash; same deal- long wait. Finally, though it was 5pm I googled again and found Alpha. So happy they’re open til 6pm. Barely a wait, so quick, under 15 minutes, polite staff, both indoors and out, around $20 for the inspection. Plus I learned helpful info to avoid a future ticket. I am very happy with my experience. I’ll be back next year!”

“Over the past year I’ve been modifying a BMW. I took my car to a traditional shop to install coil over and always had lingering problems. Lately- i was having a fender scrape after dropping height.
I had enough and went to 4-low. They were very explanatory, set expectations, and explained they needed time to identify issues.
We made an appointment. I brought my car and immediately received pictures of how i brought it in and things they noticed.
Within a few hours- my driving experience is completely different and I have new knowledge of what i can do to keep improving it.
Customer service was fantastic. Follow up was great. I found pricing to be very fair and they checked with me before doing the work.
I’m picky on who touches my car. They will be my suspension shop moving forward and i definitely recommend them. Make them a first choice!
One last thing- i really like that it’s a family doing work together and their enthusiasm and enjoyment of what they do.
