“This location is very well taken care of. Clean & cool temperature during a hot summer day. The prices seem fair. They do offer promotions at times, Penny Dry, which is always nice. Staff is friendly. I've never had any complaints since doing my laundry here for over a year now. I would definitely recommend this business for your laundry needs.

“I used all three of their large machines to wash couch cushions and slip covers. It worked like a charm. The dryers were efficient and large enough so I only had to use three as well. The place was clean and the coin machine (everything only takes quarters) worked well.”

“the lady working on weekends is so rude, i understand i'm not allowed in after 9 and that’s fine but in this case, the worker wouldn’t let me in even when it was 8:30 And Was yelling at me and aggressively pointing at a piece of paper that I wasn’t allowed in. I’ve heard this complaint From others as well. Please hire the right staff”
“Never had an issue and im here once a week for the last 9-10 months. Yeah channels and music are in spanish but pasadena is 70 percent spanish speaking so what do you expect? lol. The people at the times I come here all seem like good family oriented people, I doubt your laundry will be messed with. In-between 4 and 5 dollars to wash and dry a large load.”
“Decently clean facility. Cameras on every wall and a screen to watch each camera view in the back. There is a drink and food vending machine as well. Normal load wash will cost about $2.50. They have clothes carts to transfer laundry and plenty of chairs spread around the facility. They als have a couple of tvs to keep you entertained. Overall pretty great!”

“My clothes were in the washer when the power went out. I came here to wash my clothes and so far I’m happy. I got a massage from the chair, they offer hair cuts, wash and fold service and there’s games. The washers are huge and the atmosphere is calm. That’s a plus for me.”

“My mom and I have been going here for 8 years. They are nice, pleasant and considerate. Everyone has bad days. When you deal with the public, you can't please Everyone!!! I personally have never had a bad experience. I send all of my stuff here and although they can be a little pricey, they do great work.”
