He gave us a verbal and written estimate once he arrived and saw what the job entailed based on where the outlets were and the size of TVs to be mounted.Don’t bother “shopping around”. His knowledge, service and professionalism demonstrates the pride he takes in his job. Highly recommend!”

“I usually dread going to UPS/Fed Ex stores because the employees always seem so rude.
I’ve used this location twice in the last week and let me tell you Karen went above and beyond to help and make sure my order was accurate and ready. Not only is she efficient, she’s incredibly friendly! There are other stores closer to my house but it’s worth the drive for exceptional customer service.

“Wow, talk about awesome. I was just coming in to get some copies and didnt expect to have such a warm interaction at this store. Gabby was not only extremely engaging but her attitude is what i would want with every employee i hire from this point on. In fact if you can just hire 10 Gabbys i think your operation would be a sure success.Not to take anything away from the other employees as they were very nice as well. Lady was nice inside and guys outside told me to go around the back and go through the gate. So no issues there as far as getting to Stolt.

“Been using for shipping and a drop off location for years now. They have been awesome. Complaints about charging for drop off is inaccurate. Many people don’t bring in the packages ready to drop off, most of the time needing a box and tape. I’ve never had an issue with shipping or drop off when drop off instructions were followed. Cannot recommend them enough as they are friendly and locally owned!”

“I went to the UPS Store to drop off a package and noticed that the line was much longer than usual. To the right of the line, there was a situation involving a customer who was experiencing an issue that was beyond anyone’s control. Chris, the UPS employee assisting the customer, handled the situation with exceptional patience, compassion, and professionalism. He discreetly directed the customer to the back of the store to help prevent any embarrassment and then cleaned up the area without complaint. Chris continued to go above and beyond by offering to call a family member for the customer and even walked them to their car when they were ready. Throughout the entire situation, Chris never showed frustration or complained. His kindness, understanding, and willingness to help truly stood out.
