He gave us a verbal and written estimate once he arrived and saw what the job entailed based on where the outlets were and the size of TVs to be mounted.Don’t bother “shopping around”. “Drivers need to register before entering the yard so park your truck right next to the entrance when you enter on site. Everyone I dealt with were friendly. Had an appointment at 10am but arrived at 9h. They loaded me quickly and at 10h30 I was ready to leave.The yard at the back has some broken concrete so watch out for rebar sticking out of the ground.”

“Update: It took me couple days to get the matter resolved, but I was fortunate enough to get in touch with the right people to explain my situation. The store manager explained to me that during the holidays some gift cards were discontinued and that unfortunately some cards may have not been pulled out of the shelves. She was very sorry and apologetic and honestly I felt that they truly cared. I currently use their printing services and always have a positive experience.I bought a Target gift card for $100 at this location. The card didn’t work. I called Target to ask for assistance and I was sadly informed that the Target gift card I purchased in Staples didn’t exist in the Target system.”

“First off I'm a driver and I've been driving for 12 years. I just want to say that the reviews on this business with regards to the lady dispatcher that works in the mornings I feel are unfair. There is a process for checking in which requires you to write down your order number trailer number truck number and company name on a little piece of paper as well as sign in when you don't do that and you don't follow the written directions that are right in front of you at the check-in window you end up wasting the time of people that are there to assist you and getting loaded and getting down the road. I followed all of the directions and that lady was absolutely wonderful to me she didn't have a mean streak in her. So to my fellow drivers just simply follow the directions and you too can experience a nice friendly and pleasant interaction and going about your day.”
