“After looking at 32 stores for new workout shoes, we finally found a pair that worked! Jareco (I'm so sorry cuz I know I spelled that wrong) helped us find the perfect pair for my husband. The process was extremely helpful and thorough. They have you walk without shoes to evaluate the way you walk in order to determine what type of shoe you'd need, after carful evaluation, they size your foot and bring you several pairs to try. Jareco was extremely patient, kind, and supportive. You even get a "punch card" so you buy 6 pairs of shoes and get 1 free! Wonderful experience and really appreciated Jareco's assistance!! Highly recommend! (Sorry again for misspelling your name. You're awesome!!!)”

“I had an event that I needed to wear my Sunday best to, but I forgot I'd cleaned out all the shoes I hadn't worn in awhile and had nothing that matched my dress. I stopped by this store on the way in to Pasadena, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The employees were SO kind and helpful and they just fawned all over my son which was so great to see. They made us feel welcome, and the store was unbelievably neat and clean. Thanks for taking away even just that small amount of stress on the day of my grandmother's funeral.”
“EXCELLENT Customer Service for Dummies Like Me!!
I ordered some chairs and a foldaway canopy cover. I mistakenly thought everything would come in a box for me to assemble, so I drove up in my little Hyundai (don't judge; it's paid off, lol) for curbside.
The guy wheeled my things out, and we quickly saw that it was not going work. It was okay, though. They allowed me to switch to my husband's truck and held on to my order for me, no problem.
When they came out again, the guy helped to make sure everything fit properly for me and helped me load everything. 2nd time there, I was parked and left in under 10 minutes.
I really appreciate how relaxed and willing to work with me everyone was, so much so that despite not being an outdoor girlie myself, my son & hubs are, so I got the app and everything now. Probably going to buy my son's next swingset here. I'll be back!!”
“Very busy before back to school time. Prices are okay, i guess comparable to other places. They do have a BOGO event, just make sure you are getting the correct shoes that qualify.”
“Prices and deals are great when you have multiple children, on a budget, or just looking for a great deal. They were very busy last time I went with a very long line. It moved quickly though and workers were very helpful as soon as I walked inside. You can order in the store what they don’t have on the shelf’s. It took up to 3days to get shoes I have ordered on 2 different occasions.”

“Shoe sales man was very helpful. And they actually had my size, but they only had 2 cashiers and both where tied up with some customers issues, waited In line for a long time. Management did not open another line and the store was very hot.”

In my opinion, that is great customer service and it's rare these days.”
“My favorite location. I was searching for shoes today, and though Noah was stocking , he asked me if he could help. My selections were on upper shelves and he repeated offered and climbed a ladder to retrieve boxes. Even searched the back for my size. “So many decisions I wanted to go with something comfterable for work, I wish they carried the Danner vibram size 7 womens shoes in a steel toe or saftey toe. Hopefully the shoe makers will see my post and be like oh I need to make them for her. Wishfull thinking. The workers that day were very helpful and nice thanks everyone. “Went in for sneakers and socks was getting mad because I couldn't find the socks I like and I knew that I had gotten them here the last time, me being a man I'm looking in the man's section when I walked by the women's socks and there were the socks that I wanted. Socks are socks but when you find some that fit perfectly you have to have those socks. I got 2 packs”
