My friend ended up buying a pair, but I never felt any pressure. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and honest. It’s refreshing to shop somewhere that truly puts the customer first”
“I had a great experience shopping at the Almeda Shoe Carnival! The associates were super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed and even offered the option to have shoes shipped directly to me when my size wasn’t available in-store. “This was my first visit today, and I was absolutely fraud by the choice of jeans and western outfits they have. The choice of boots is anyway known to all, and they are legendary. You get authentic jeans of great quality and from top of the line brands. The staff was very helpful and in fact, help me get the shirt of my size for the pattern that I wanted. “Elizabeth did an awesome job of helping me find the right work boots and insoles that were best for my feet; since I spend long hours standing I got anti fatigue insoles and boots fitted to my feet after scanning. Elizabeth was very friendly and let me try on 3 pairs of boots that I was interested in, and helped guide me based on what I was looking for.”
“I had an event that I needed to wear my Sunday best to, but I forgot I'd cleaned out all the shoes I hadn't worn in awhile and had nothing that matched my dress. I stopped by this store on the way in to Pasadena, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The employees were SO kind and helpful and they just fawned all over my son which was so great to see. They made us feel welcome, and the store was unbelievably neat and clean. Thanks for taking away even just that small amount of stress on the day of my grandmother's funeral.”

“Such a cute little boutique where I'm always greeted with friendly staff, never bombarded with needy helpers but they are always in ear shot to help if I have questions. They offer a large variety of quality merchandise and gifts from clothes/shoes/swim, jewelry, baby stuff, spa items, greeting cards, and cute gifts. Saves me from a trip to the mall of having to visit multiple stores or online shopping & shopping costs.”

But she was helping a customer and went as far as calling other Cavender's Boot City stores to help find the right size in the style the customer was looking for! In my opinion, that is great customer service and it's rare these days.”

“For the past six years, I've been visiting this store whenever I can because they have a variety of shoes for woman, men, and kids at affordable prices for everyone. There's plenty of parking. It's wheelchair accessible. The staff is very friendly, and even if you don't speak English, they'll help you. So, whenever you have the chance, don't hesitate to stop by.”
“All brands are available. Adidas, Puma, Nike, Sketchers, Brooks, Columbia, Under Armor etc. Shoes need to be tried on. Not everything fits true to size. The store has a very large selection, but not all sizes are available. The quality is ok. Prices are slightly above average.”

“Good store. It was really crowded and hot in there. This isn’t a mall we usually use but we were going to be in and out. The employee offered a discount on a shoe product I was going to buy because he said it was $10 off with the coupon if you sign up, but when I signed up he said “oh, I can’t give you the discount right now, sorry.” I said that’s ok, and still bought the items I was there to purchase in the first place. I have no complaints. But it’s definitely not my type of environment.”
