“Great shopping experience today. I went to the Fairmont Parkway Lane Bryant location to use some Lane cash that is expiring tomorrow. All of the sales associates were friendly and helpful. I have to give kudos to Shay. She normally works at another location but happened to be here today. She was super helpful - getting things down for me, finding my size and helping me search and find a particular kind of top I needed to coordinate with a previous purchase. I got 2 great blouses and was pleasantly surprised to see that they were both on clearance. So I didn't get to use my Lane cash but that just means I " have" to go shopping again tomorrow before it expires. Yay!”
“I had an event that I needed to wear my Sunday best to, but I forgot I'd cleaned out all the shoes I hadn't worn in awhile and had nothing that matched my dress. I stopped by this store on the way in to Pasadena, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The employees were SO kind and helpful and they just fawned all over my son which was so great to see. They made us feel welcome, and the store was unbelievably neat and clean. Thanks for taking away even just that small amount of stress on the day of my grandmother's funeral.”
“This is my home Academy store. They have a large selection of hunting and sporting goods. We get most of our active shoes from here as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. It can get busy during the peak business times and during holiday seasons. It is a clean store with plenty of parking. It is easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Keep up the great job y'all!”

“I bought a pair of handmade caiman belly boots off the shelf from a big name store. They fit well at first but after a few weeks they loosened up to the point where they were uncomfortably loose. I brought them here, my feet were measured and the boots were completely rebuilt to match the measurements (insole, welt, outsole, heel) and now they fit perfectly. Price was reasonable compared to a couple of other shops in Houston I looked at for a similar rebuild ($250). Close to what I would have lost compared to the original price if I had sold the boots as used on eBay or FB marketplace. Turn around time was much shorter than anywhere else - these were done in a week and a half, and all other shops were quoting repair times of 4-8 weeks.”

“I was BLOWN away at the fact this store was smaller than the Nike outlet next door YET they had better deals and had just what we needed!!! Found my son similar shoes to what he had before where the front was hanging out lol so we were able to snag a new pair of nikes for a great deal(the same or might be cheaper than amazon). Ladies at the front checkout were so sweet and gave me alot of discounts to use later. Would HIGHLY recommend!”
