“I have never seen the Shoe Carnival store in California. So this is my first time shopping at a Shoe Carnival store. The store seems very clean and easy to navigate. I can find the items I am looking for easily. The price is lower than most of the stores, and they do carry good quality products. I received a nice greeting as soon as I walked into the store. Nice shopping experience.”

“This was my first visit today, and I was absolutely fraud by the choice of jeans and western outfits they have. The choice of boots is anyway known to all, and they are legendary. You get authentic jeans of great quality and from top of the line brands. The staff was very helpful and in fact, help me get the shirt of my size for the pattern that I wanted. “Took the grandkids in sat 6/28 around 1pm to get some shoes and I am very impressed with the help we received from the manager working that day. She was very helpful with getting the kids sizes and getting them the propper fit for them. You don't see alot of great customer service like that anymore so I want to give a shout out when I see it! “I had an event that I needed to wear my Sunday best to, but I forgot I'd cleaned out all the shoes I hadn't worn in awhile and had nothing that matched my dress. I stopped by this store on the way in to Pasadena, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The employees were SO kind and helpful and they just fawned all over my son which was so great to see. They made us feel welcome, and the store was unbelievably neat and clean. Thanks for taking away even just that small amount of stress on the day of my grandmother's funeral.”

“I want to begin by saying I am more than happy with the service provided! My dog chewed the strap off my LV purse, and I was recommended to bring it here. I dropped it off on Wednesday, and it was ready by Saturday. The repair is absolutely flawless, I can’t even tell which strap was damaged because it’s completely unnoticeable! While it was there, I also had the straps painted, and the results are beautiful. My purse was truly brought back to life without having to pay an outrageous amount. Highly recommend!”
“For the past six years, I've been visiting this store whenever I can because they have a variety of shoes for woman, men, and kids at affordable prices for everyone. There's plenty of parking. It's wheelchair accessible. The staff is very friendly, and even if you don't speak English, they'll help you. So, whenever you have the chance, don't hesitate to stop by.”

“I brought my 80-year-old grandmother shopping today to update her wardrobe and a young lady by the name of Nicole was so helpful and respectful to my grandmother, she went in the dressing room and helped her with the clothes and went and picked out more clothes to help her find exactly what she was looking for. Her manager, Miss Sandra was awesome. She also came to help and answered any questions that we had and they also helped my grandmother get re-sign up for an account and explained everything thoroughly to her. I cannot say enough about the staff at this location. If you have a loved one in elderly person that you need to take shopping, I recommend this place if she has a woman.”

But she was helping a customer and went as far as calling other Cavender's Boot City stores to help find the right size in the style the customer was looking for! In my opinion, that is great customer service and it's rare these days.”

“The staff here usually pretty nice. It does get really busy on the weekends. The store is well maintained despite the rude patrons that refuse to put items back after viewing them. The only downfall for me is their shoe selection for larger feet.”

“First time shopping at WSS for a birthday present and I made an online order for pickup. When I came to pick it up I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. Luis was super helpful in checking for the correct size in store. Unfortunately they did not have the size I needed but he was able to call a nearby store and asked them to hold it for me so I was able to pick it up and get it without any issues.
