“I celebrated my baby shower this past weekend, and the waitstaff were amazing! They provided excellent service and greeted guests as they arrived. The ballroom was spotless the entire time and beautifully decorated. The DJ played great music and took our song requests. I definitely enjoyed this ballroom and will be back.My family will not stop complimenting how beautiful the ballroom is my family and I left satisfied.”
“This was my first time booking with them, and it was for my wedding day. From the very beginning they were incredibly helpful and generous, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. I’m so glad I chose this venue. The coordinator was amazing he stayed on top of everything and was very attentive throughout the event. Our guests also kept telling us how delicious the food was it was the chicken and pasta. I would definitely book with them again in the future and highly recommend them! Also their mango margaritas was a huge hit ?”

“Alex to you and your wife you guys are very great hard working people the service was top tier you guys and your team were outstanding one request for future reference the DJ posted a pick of the unplugged event and I didn’t appreciate that as well as his performance was not up to par when it comes to my culture horrible job and didn’t follow our entire play list”

“Fantastic place full of wonderful people. You have instant friends the minute you walk into the clubhouse. There's always an event or poker game going on. The food isn't as good as lakewood, but the people and drink prices more than make up for it. The pink palace is sitting on over 125 years worth of history. If you want to be a part of a sailing club with an amazing racing pedigree and a tiny bit of a drinking problem- then this is the place to be.”
“Sylvan Beach Pavilion is an absolutely stunning venue! We had the honor of bringing our photo booth to the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Reyna on 11.22.24, and everything about the event was perfect. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the space is beautiful, with an amazing sea view that added such a romantic touch to the celebration. If you’re looking for a venue with breathtaking waterfront scenery, this is the place to be. Highly recommend Sylvan Beach Pavilion for weddings and special occasions!”

“Hands down one of the best guest service experiences we have ever had. Charmaine at the front desk is exceptional. From the moment we called in when we arrived at the airport, to check in & throughout our stay, she made us feel welcomed, valued & taken care of. As frequent travelers, we notice great service when we see it, and Charmaine truly stands out.
Our teenage girls even mentioned how friendly she was, which is rare praise coming from teens. She goes above and beyond for guests, and how we were treated, confirmed we made the right choice staying here.
The airport shuttle was a huge plus, and the driver was super friendly. The hotel was clean & the beds were comfortable. Staying here & Ubering to the cruise port was a smarter option than paying premium prices to stay in Galveston. Highly recommend this hotel!”
“I took my daughters to Skatetown USA for a birthday party and they had an ABSOLUTE BLAST! The rink is clean, the music keeps the energy up, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Whether you’re an experienced skater or just learning, the atmosphere is welcoming and exciting.
What really stands out is how much fun there is for everyone. They do themed skate nights, and giveaways and It’s a perfect place for birthday parties, family outings, or just getting together with friends.
If you’re looking for a fun, affordable way to make memories and get off your phone for a few hours, Skatetown USA is definitely worth checking out. We’ll be coming back again soon!”
“I had my wedding here in March of this year. Jackie went absolutely above and beyond!!! They are so good at communicating, very knowledgeable and helpful with all the planning.
Her and her team are truly the best, if you are thinking about booking this venue, please do!!! Go their open house, they work with a bunch of vendors.
The DJ, bartenders, waiters, and all of their staff are truly amazing and very professional.

“Love to see moribund churches being repurposed into something beneficial to the community!!! When a friend had a play here, we jumped at the chance to come and show support! The place is still very much looking like a church on the outside (the sign is just a banner for now), but the space is very large and there are numerous bathrooms, which are both huge pluses! Our event had a bar and food for sale. The sound system was awesome! There were many volunteers to help, but getting in and getting tickets needed a bit of work. Overall we had a great time here & recommend the space for all sorts of events!”

I went in looking for a small venue for my daughter’s XV! I got that and a lot more for a great price! And no “hidden fees”. The Owner, Norma was personal and accommodating to my needs. The owners are very nice and sweet people, quick to respond and very polite, very understanding too, the party of my daughter was a dream come true ?
I love the chandeliers they make such an elegant view.

Only two things went not so great that is the projector didn't work properly so I couldn't play the USB ?so family couldn't watch my daughter's baby pictures
and they didn't let the dj put the sparkles that I wanted.
But other than that ? % recommended ?
We had a beautiful experience in this room, my daughter's party was a dream, the beautiful chandeliers give a beautiful touch of elegance to the room,

Only two things didn't turn out as I expected, which was that the projector didn't work well for the USB that we brought and the family couldn't see the photos of my chuiquita girl and they didn't let us put on the DJ sparks at the last minute ?

“There are fairly limited options in the area and we found this to be one of the nicer hotel options available. The location is conveniently located right off the highway with several dining options nearby you could even walk to. There is also grocery and shopping areas very conveniently located close. They offer limited continental breakfast that varies each day. It wasn’t gormet but great for grab and go. The rooms were clean and modern. The restrooms could use some maintenance (at least in our room). The water pressure in the sinks are so overwhelming that they literally spray everywhere when using. The showers unfortunately are lacking any pressure whatsoever. Overall a decent place to stay locally.”

“I was recently invited to a quinceañera party at this place and I had a great time. The quinceañera and her dress were beautiful, people were amazing too, food, service, everything was great. The place is beautiful inside and out with plenty of parking space. There’s a nice bar and a pretty cool stage with impressive technology.”
