“I took Amari, my last remaining pupper, in for her yearly and because she started limping. My niece had a very positive experience with their rescue so I took mine. I made a same day appointment online. How often does that happen? Check in was easy, and there was a small wait to be called back. The vet tech asked really good questions, and...LISTENED to the answers! The most telling aspect of the visit was that Amari readily went with her without pulling. The vet herself was great. She got down to Amari's level, and explained that's since Amari's a senior now😳 there were some additional care items to consider. Check out was very easy. It seemed a little expensive, but the excellent service and year long HW prevention shot were well worth the cost! Amari and I highly recommend!”

“Feline Medical Center has been taking care of all 4 of my cats since I moved to Texas 5 years ago. They mainly see Dr. Sims but have seen Dr. Moran and Dr. Smith before as well during urgent situations. All the doctors are wonderful with my cats and they really do care about keeping them stress free and comfortable. I have a very medically complex cat who sees Dr. Sims routinely and she is always up to date on his latest issues and listens to all my wild research theories. I recently lost one of my 4 to cancer and they sent me the most beautiful cat friendly flowers the very next day. 10/10 would recommend taking your cats here.”

“I first brought my dog here last year, and Dr. Curry took care of her. She was incredibly patient and even sat on the floor to comfort my anxious dog, which meant so much to me.
Fast forward to January 20th, I called and spoke with Becky because my dog was suddenly acting unwell and refusing to walk, and I was out of the country at the time. Becky was beyond helpful and truly empathetic. After consulting, she arranged an appointment right away so my boyfriend could bring my dog into the clinic.
The appointment went well, and my dog was prescribed medication that already made a noticeable difference on the very first day.
I highly recommend this clinic if you want your fur babies to be truly cared for. Even though I’ve moved a bit farther away (about 35 minutes), I will definitely be returning for future follow-up appointments.”

“The doctor was very patient and took the time to thoroughly review and understand my pet’s medical history. Because my pet has a history of allergies, the doctor carefully adjusted the medications based on his condition.
They also helped arrange a follow-up appointment within one week to make sure he is responding well to the medication and that his condition is improving.

“I love the people here! They are very warm and caring towards all of 4 my fur babies; 2 boy dogs and 2 girl kitties. They were especially good to my black lab mix when he got so sick from being a guest of the city of Houston for two weeks through no fault of his own. They worked really hard to get him back on the right path and got him healthy again. We will forever be in their debt. Their prices are very reasonable and we LOVE the senior discount! I recommend them all the time to my friends!”
“Really great vet! I recently adopted a cat and was surprised to find I lived so close to a vet, brought my cat here and it was a great experience all around!! They have a separate area for cats and dogs, which I've never seen before and everyone there was so nice and friendly ^^! I felt super comfortable at asking questions as a first-time cat owner and my cat seemed at ease to just roam around in the exam room.”

“Took 2 dogs and a cat to TLC over the past 10+ years, and I shadowed there in high school, and I have absolutely loved them. Dr. Richardson took care of my family dog when he was old and then when he was passing, and the team was so amazing. I shadowed them and some other clinics in the area when I was in high school and I always felt the staff at TLC was the most caring and accommodating of them all. Even when I wasn't living in the area, I brought my dog with me when visiting family so they could get their check ups at TLC. My dog has had lots of skin issues and a couple bouts of pancreatitis, once going into a holiday weekend, and Dr Kueker and the team were so helpful with getting him set up to be seen at Gulf Coast for continued care. When I moved to downtown Houston, I still drove my dog and cat here for check ups. I moved out of the state last month and am accepting that I finally have to find another vet and I am very sad about it. Harry, Oliver and I will miss TLC very much!”

“The care our animals have received at TLC Animal Hospital and board has been above and beyond. We have a deer chiuaua named Goose who is 7 years of age, and we have a puppy that weighs in at 30lbs named rerun. They've known him since they could carry him around with one hand. And they helped us when it was time to say goodbye to our loving cat Abigail. She was with us for 27 years. It felt as if one of our own children had passed. And they were with us every step of the way. Checking in on us. Sending us cards. Even on the anniversary of her passing. When ever Rerun or Goose have to go in for anything, they act as if it were a trip to a friend's house. Who wouldn't want that for their pets. Especially when we have to leave them behind. Whether for a trip or just the day. Our Animals are always looking happy when we drop them off or pick them up. That does my heart good.”

“After bringing TJ in because we were concerned about his breathing, we found out that he had a polyp that was causing him to breathe through his mouth. After his surgery, he is now breathing through his nose, which has been such an amazing improvement!
We absolutely loved Dr. Rodrick and her team. They did a wonderful job communicating with us throughout the entire process, answering our questions, and making us feel comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and caring toward TJ. We’re very grateful for the care he received! ❤”
