Staff is very empathetic, they are always able to answer all my questions and come up with a plan instead of jumping ahead with unnecessary exams, X-rays etc. I love that you are able to get early or late appointments. I have really high standards for vet offices, and Falcon Pass exceeds my expectations every time I come. They have excellent communication, very reasonable pricing, and they go out of their way to make my dogs feel safe. One of my dogs has fear-based reactivity issues, and they treat her with so much care and compassion.

Visited this hospital last week to scan the chip for a puppy. The staff are so helpful. The hospital opens from 8 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday. It opens from 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturdays where as it is closed on sundays. The hospital is well maintained.
