“Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to one of our dogs. She had gone a week before 8/14/2026, and the staff was wonderful. A week later we had to make a decision and the doctor and staff were there for us during the difficult time. We felt the doctor listened to us and gave her professional opinion. I want to thank the staff at red bluff clinic for their compassion and support during this time.”

“Doctor Gotcher is the best. I had to put down my cat today and he was so compassionate. He took his time to explain everything and went above and beyond. Situations like this are never easy, but he put my mind at ease. I couldn't recommend his care for your pets more. Also, thank you to Rubi and the other nurse (I cannot remember her name after all of this- but she was an angel). Y'all were both so kind. Don't settle for any other doctor. Dr. Gotcher is worth the wait.”

“I love the people here! They are very warm and caring towards all of 4 my fur babies; 2 boy dogs and 2 girl kitties. They were especially good to my black lab mix when he got so sick from being a guest of the city of Houston for two weeks through no fault of his own. They worked really hard to get him back on the right path and got him healthy again. We will forever be in their debt. Their prices are very reasonable and we LOVE the senior discount! I recommend them all the time to my friends!”

“I had a very pleasant experience with SNAP. The staff is extremely kind, professional and answered any questions I had! I was anxious to leave my cat for her spay because it was her first time going to a vet clinic and her first surgery. The staff was very reassuring and kept me updated on anything that was happening with her! Thank you guys so much for all that you do 🙏❤ she is healing well!”

“I am very grateful to find competent and caring people in the pet service industry, I appreciate the grooming department for your support with my dogs Cherry and Cookie! You can trust that your pet will be well cared for here, keeping your pet's comfort and safety in mind. Keep up the amazing work! My dogs came back home calm and relaxed after their grooming appointment, and were calm and relaxed going back to the grooming appointment.Means a lot!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! I’ve been bringing my dog here for a couple years. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and always good service. But today, I had the privilege to met Maddie. She is incredible! Definitely by far my favorite tech that I’ve met here. She’s so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and communicative. She kept me updated while I waited. And explained the medicine without feeling like she’s rushing or just brushing me off - even though they were hella busy today. Thank you so much Maddie! ♥️ ♥️”

“Dr. Penner is the third vet we have seen for our dog’s man parts. As his fur parents we knew there was a problem but had previously been told there was not an issue by two other Banfield locations. I’m glad that we persistently asked each vet because he did have an infection in the end. Instead of pushing off my concerns, as previous vets had done, Dr. Penner asked more in-depth questions and recommended tests that the other vets didn’t even give us the option to run. After a few days on antibiotics we can already see a massive difference in our boy. We didn’t even realize how lethargic he had gotten compared to where he normally was. We still have meds to finish and to go back to make sure the infection is gone but his road to recovery is looking great.”
