“Businesses like this are a rare find these days… reminiscent of full service gas stations.Even in the midst of a torrential downpour today, Doug didn’t even hesitate to help me out… grabbed his life preserver and went straight to work… filled both of my tanks and then someone else’s… one after another…was downright heroic. Thank you, sir!The entire crew at this location is top notch… they’d fill you an expired milk crate with propane, if you asked them nicely enough. Just kidding… they’re amazing but they’re not stupid. ;)Anyway, I give them my highest recommendations - five stars - all the way!!!* * * * *”

“I get my propane here everytime I need to fill it. Highly recommend it than changing out your propane at a store since it's way cheaper Definitely takes some time getting help, but when I do get help, I get what I need. Have not personally rented a uhaul from this location”

“Direct propane is such a wonderful company to work with. They are so kind on the phone. They come out right away any time I run low. The drivers are polite and great to chat with, answering any questions that I have. I highly recommend them!”

“After booking a truck from the app and being sent to a parking lot full of trucks and no people, being sent to this u-haul relieved escalating frustration. Note: do not rent from the u-haul parking lot on 290 Service Road owned by A-Tex Towing. DO Rent/reserve with this facility on Ben White. The personnel were friendly and professional and got us on the road quickly.”

“I scheduled my hitch installation online, pre paid, and my drop off was a breeze at 8/am on a Friday. No waiting. I got a phone call when my vehicle was done that afternoon, and received my receipt and warranty on my way out.”

“Tracie A.- I live here at Royal Palm, the staff has Always been courteous, The pricing is fair, it’s clean, quiet and my neighbors are friendly, I have absolutely No complaints, nothing negative to say about this place or the people, some people have dogs in the community, and they clean up behind their dogs,I never see dog poop anywhere, by far this has been a safe community to live in and the location is convenient to shop, 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown Austin and 183 is right on the corner, they also have security that watches out for intruders at Night, I give this place a 10?”

“I have read the other reviews and most of them sound like upset kids, support your local company. The negatives should man up and make a phone call to Oliver Propane and give them a chance.Way overdue. As a business relying on forklifts for our operations, having a reliable propane supply is crucial. During a recent Texas weather warning that posed challenges for many, Oliver Propane stepped up and delivered service that exceeded our expectations.Their commitment to our needs was evident when, during adverse conditions, their team was captured on our security cameras filling our forklift tanks at 7pm in the evening. This proactive approach showcased their determination to ensure our operations would not be disrupted, even amidst weather warnings.Thank you Oliver Propane”

“The front desk was very helpful- she was aware I was coming from another location where they had double booked my reservation. She proactively offered me a 10% discount, directed me to the pickup spot and had me out the door in under 10 minutes. The yard employee was very courteous and ensured I was properly connected before leaving, thanking me for the business, and wishing me safe travels. No reflection on the staff (they provided me excellent customer service) - To Uhaul, recommend you have an inventory life cycle that contains hours of usage and physical appearance and move units meeting a criteria to a reserve yard. The unit I had was at the end of its yard life and needed to be refreshed or removed to a retired yard (i.e. rusted lug nuts, rusted hitch area, rusted bolts on side seams).”

“We stopped to fill our propane tank on our class a motorhome after leaving McKinney Falls State Park. The place is easy to access from two major roads. The attendant who filled our tank was very helpful! Would recommend.”

“I purchased a brand new $48.79 AmeriGas propane tank at Walmart three weeks ago (It looks like a used one, see the uploaded photo for your reference), and used it within one week. I went to the same Walmart store again for the Exchange, but ended up getting a very old tank, which looks like a 10-year old worn-out connector on the top, in addition to waiting 20 minutes for someone to open the propane tank door near a garden area. Thanks for the Home Exchange propane tank program (Cynch), I received a look like new tank twice in a row, and the Cynch Propane Tank can produce 2 to 3 hours more fire time than the AmeriGas from Walmart. The Cynch app is so easy to use, and you will get a reminder for delivery one day ahead. No more wasting time to go to Walmart for the exchange, in addition to avoiding a potential Covid infection.”
