Aldridge is a top-notch local business, although you might drive right past it if you blink at the wrong time. We have bought a couple of major appliances from them—the latest was a stainless steel Kitchen Aid downdraft electric range which replaced a 36-year old Jenn-Air (still working!). Mark gave us a competitive deal, and his crew made a very difficult installation in a kitchen with a couple of snug corners and granite obstacles. All in all, it was a very satisfactory experience. “This Home Depot is located in Sherman Town shopping center. It's a very large HD with a giant nursery & garden center. This location also provides the tool rental services that hubby loves. Hurray for that! :)) The other HD nearby in Gainesville, TX does not have a tool rental department & the garden center is much smaller. Gainesville HD doesn't carry the big trees like this location does either. We always end up at this location bc the Gainesville store is so small & never has what we want :( Hubby rents tools quite often from this location & has always experienced great customer service. Last time hubby rented a floor sander to sand our hardwood floors & the first sander we got quit the first day after 10 mins! yuck! However, Justin in the tool rental replaced it with another that worked properly with no issues. The 2nd floor sander worked like a charm, was easy to use & our hardwood floors look fantastic. Thanks Justin! We will see you again soon for our next DIY project.”

“They have always been very helpful, and accommodating, but the latest was over the top, good. I have been having problems with the sewer draining for over half a year. Their advice, and the rental of their equipment, has made for a very nice Christmas for me, and many others. The problem was almost assured to be in the City sewer system, but getting them to fix it, proved to be impossible. The drain snake was over the top heavy duty, but they thru in work gloves, which I would not have had otherwise. They proved to be a tremendous blessing when I got my fingers, particularly my pinkie, tied up in the extremely strong, steel cable. This not only fixed my problems, but the stench that was coming from the sewer, down the street. So, it was a tremendously good day for a lot of people! Thanks to Home Depot!”
