“I'm doing a 5 star ahead of the repair work because of the nice response the woman had with me. I was frustrated because after waiting all day on a Maytag repair call, I checked into it and found that the appliance company Maytag had sent the order to, had not accepted it (now it's 4pm) and on top of that when I called the company, they were upset because they don't service Maytag or Whirlpool and said someone by the name of Ch____ has convinced Maytag that he is that appliance company and evidently had been the reason they were given numerous bad reviews. After informing Maytag, they place the name and number (which I have but won't divulge publicly due to legal reasons) on a investigation list and gave me the name and number for Aldridge. Yes, I looked them up in reviews but it seems a lot of the older responses which were negative, should be discounted since the Hale Family bought the company from the original family 6 years ago.Back to the conversation, she could tell how frustrated I was and that I work from home 2 days a week and the first day she mentioned, was not one of them, but I will be home in the afternoon due to medical appts. She said she would contact the service tech and have him call us, even made sure she had our back up phone in case. So people, I know what's it's like to not have a dryer or washer not repaired quick enough (At least you can do your own dish washing) but all these whiners about parts not coming in, it is not their fault. The world changed in 2020 and parts are not on the shelf as fast as they used to be. Goodness, don't you think they want to finish the job and not have to deal with your calls and frustration? Grace....people....grace.”

“This Home Depot is located in Sherman Town shopping center. It's a very large HD with a giant nursery & garden center. This location also provides the tool rental services that hubby loves. Hurray for that! :)) The other HD nearby in Gainesville, TX does not have a tool rental department & the garden center is much smaller. Gainesville HD doesn't carry the big trees like this location does either. We always end up at this location bc the Gainesville store is so small & never has what we want :( Hubby rents tools quite often from this location & has always experienced great customer service. Last time hubby rented a floor sander to sand our hardwood floors & the first sander we got quit the first day after 10 mins! yuck! However, Justin in the tool rental replaced it with another that worked properly with no issues. The 2nd floor sander worked like a charm, was easy to use & our hardwood floors look fantastic. Thanks Justin! We will see you again soon for our next DIY project.”

“I love these people. They are sooo helpful and nice. I've never felt so welcome in a retail store as I do when I walk in Aaron's. They are always helpful and they never make you feel as if you are "bothering" them as some stores employees act. I recommend Aaron's in Sherman without any reservations!”

“They have always been very helpful, and accommodating, but the latest was over the top, good. I have been having problems with the sewer draining for over half a year. Their advice, and the rental of their equipment, has made for a very nice Christmas for me, and many others. The problem was almost assured to be in the City sewer system, but getting them to fix it, proved to be impossible. The drain snake was over the top heavy duty, but they thru in work gloves, which I would not have had otherwise. They proved to be a tremendous blessing when I got my fingers, particularly my pinkie, tied up in the extremely strong, steel cable. This not only fixed my problems, but the stench that was coming from the sewer, down the street. So, it was a tremendously good day for a lot of people! Thanks to Home Depot!”
