“Every time I come to the store I feel welcome. I especially like Mike Casias I met him at Durant, OK AT&T store.I Was Surprised when I went to Denison, TX. and was there. I travel over 40 miles to that store s location if I have a problem. Because he always is helpful even if I don't buy something. He always is willing to help me. AT&T needs more people like Mike Casias.”

“Carmen is awesome. Very friendly & efficient. My husband and I had to travel(1hr 15min)from OK to her location because we didn't have a Boost in our town. We needed new phones and she only had 1 sim card. She told us UPS would be delivering sometime that day. We said we would grab some lunch and come back. She text me a bit later and said she would go across town to meet UPS driver and get the cards needed. Then text me when she got back. We got our new phones, set them up and we were on our way back to OK. Carmen went above and beyond for us!! Thank you!!”
