“We have done 6 phones here and multiple “helps” and have had just the best experience. Today Star helped with a super complicated transfer of 3 phones/SIM cards when the iPhones weren’t cooperating. I wish I remembered the guys name who was also there because he entertained my FIVE kids while Star fixed our phones. We had to hang out for over an hour while the phones did their thing, but it wasn’t a loss. We are a homeschool family, and he legitimately enhanced my kiddos learning for the day with “random facts”. We will not go to the AT&T nearer to our home because of our experience at this location!”

“I brought in my mum's Iphone7 for a battery replacement. The price point was 40% lower than at other locations such as CPR. The owner at TPhone examined the phone and battery settings and determined it was charging to 88% of capacity- pretty good. Plus he said the current original battery would perform better over time than a replacement. He actually talked me into leaving without giving him business.”

“Always a great experience at my neighborhood Target. The staff is friendly. The pharmacy is quick and efficient. Their clearance racks are great. Loss control used to keep an eye on my wife, but that's because she's usually at the the target 5-7 times a week, and that isn't a joke (My mother says she needs to buy stock in Target). She ended up letting the plain clothes loss prevention worker know that we live behind the Target, and she just loves Target, and will continue to shop there, even though there is a Wal-Mart across the street with lower prices. Even though Wal-Mart is cheaper, the peace of mind at Target, is priceless.”

“Joel was my hero yesterday. I’m a 20 year AT&T customer who switched everything to Soectrum. Having issues with phone activation, I took my phone into the store for help. Joel immediately took charge, completing all the activation steps within just a few minutes. The only hiccup was caused by AT&T unlocking my phone to complete the activation.After phone calls to AT&T, I reached a sympathetic support tech who is unlocked my phone. Joel coached me on what to tell AT&T. He was great. For some time I’ve been disgusted with the prices and services with AT&T.I’m glad I made the switch. Every employee I’ve interacted with at spectrum has been wonderful.”

“Had Geek Squad mount a TV for me under my outdoor covered patio. Job was done right the first time. The crew made sure to verify that I was happy with the proposed wall mount location before they started drilling. They even called a couple of days after the installation to make sure I was satisfied. Does not get any better than that. I won't hesitate to use them again should I need their expertise.”
