“Just wanted to share, we just moved my daughter into her apartment today, and I wanted to say the staff did great, signing all of these new residents in! It was hot out, and they braved the heat to get us processed as quick as possible. Everyone was friendly! The apartment is great and we are excited for the upcoming year! So far everything is great!”

“My family lived here for two years, and it was a great place. Cody responded to maintenance issues quickly, and became a friend. We loved walking to the park and downtown. The train is nearby, but after the first night we didn’t even notice it anymore. Wonderful apartments!”

“We needed a place for our kid to stay since UNT only provides dorms to freshmen. We were a bit late starting our search and found a few potential units with Places to Be. The random draw of life gave us Rick Guzman to work with. He has been an excellent agent for us. He's been very responsive and timely to my calls and took care of my requests, even if they happened to be simple questions he'd already answered or I had the paperwork for. I peppered him with calls for about a month and he's always been pleasant. We decided on a unit in the Belle Frank apts, it's a tad pricier than most places but is also newer and has in-unit washer/dryer. I can't say anything for their other properties but I think we and our kid will be pretty happy with their 2 year stay at Belle Frank. My experience with the office staff has been great but Rick will probably remain my go-to man.”
“It has been a major improvement overall back gate staying locked. Pool has been open and looks great still work to be done but definitely major improvement. Melissa in the office is definitely amazing she goes beyond to help you with all she can.”
“I visited a person, in this Giant complex. It was well manicured & looked like a lovely enormous complex, golf course and all! The kitchen was completely open to the dining and living areas. If, I was looking at apartments, I would definitely check this complex out!”

“I’m writing this review in regards to the maintenance supervisor his name is John and he is a very friendly and professional and he is one of the best maintenance men that we have ever seen or came in contact with on this property. Anytime me or my husband ask him for a little bit of help or to fix something. It gets fixed right away or on the spot.
Also the leasing agent her name is Julia and she’s very nice also.”

“Very convenient area. Everything is around, you have your target and Walmart, Golden mall, libraries, cvs and Walgreens all within a ten minute drive or less and of course you have your restaurants or fast food. I've had great service from the maintenance man Miguel, he gets the job done and fast! He knows what he's doing and good at what he does. Miguel is the man!”
