I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. I'm honestly amazed this company is still running with the lady who handles the phones. I was literally just hung up on. I wish I could give less than one start. No compassion, no common sense and no steady service.

Definitely the worst internet option, currently getting 4mbps. Barely even able to stream video and browse internet at the same time. Please find another option and save yourself the headache.

I use yalls services now for about four years and the fact that i had someone come out today to take look at my connection fix it for a few hours now its down again im extremely disappointed
