“Ordered a mattress online during the Labor Day sale. Due to supplier hold ups, the delivery was delayed with no updates from the shipper in over three weeks. The awesome store manager, Tamara, kept me up to date on the information they were reserving and even did an in store exchange so I could take a mattress home without any further delay. Her customer service was awesome and I highly recommend this store.”
“The salesman, David, was extremely helpful. He worked really hard to find what I was looking for. David was friendly yet professional. One thing I do suggest for the company is to supply the consumer with smaller accent rockers in solid colors

I went into Rooms to Go and was greeted by Ryan Cauvin who waited on me to make a decision on a new recliner. Ryan was such a help, friendly, knowledgeable about the store products and pricing. He was a tremendous help to me and I valued his help more than I can express. I’m eagerly awaiting my new recliner, at that time I will include more reviews on how it fits me.”

They let you know when your order is about to ship along with the delivery drivers information.We had an issue with a piece of furniture very minor but they are working on it diligently to get it resolved. We miss the outdoor dining area, but the expanded bar and additional seating was necessary to shorten wait times during peak hours. We highly recommend this place!”
