“On Sunday (3/15), my husband and I decided to go to T-Mobile to see ask questions about our account and the possibility of getting new phones. We ended up getting new phones and were thrilled! We had some unexpected issues with my husband's old phone. It took a long time to transfer the data from his old phone to the new one. With the help of 3 incredible staff members, it was successfully completed! Angel helped us with our purchase & setting up the new phones. He did everything, including putting the screen protectors and phone cases on. Endy, helped to solve the issue with moving my husband's phone data between the devices. Uzayr helped monitor the data problem and aided in setting up the watches we got as well. Even though we had to stay longer than we expected to at T-Mobile, these 3 staff members made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. They were kind and supportive. They answered all of our questions and didn't rush the process. We've been T-Mobile customers for just over 5 years now. This was the best experience we've ever had with them. “Zachary was so helpful today. I had had a crazy day and had been 3 different verizon stores today. The first store was a good experience but they didn't have the phone that I needed. When I got to the store that had the phone, they told me that they had transferred all my data over to my new phone. They had not. Had so many issues trying to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone went to my third store. That's where zachary was.And he was absolutely amazing and very helpful.
