“I just now moved to lewisville and was thinking of leaving verizon, I came in a few weeks ago and worked with Kristen and then her associate"Kalub" came from the back and helped analyze my bill and save some money! Kristen is great, Kaleb is great, yesssssss they were short handed and multi tasking which actually made me happy, because my past few visits I did not experience any type of service! Understaffed unfortunately but 5 stars, I will be back!”

He empathetically helped me with my issue and was very understanding, patient, and professional. In fact he went above and beyond to fix my problem and make my experience positive!! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Will go to this location again in the future when I need something.”

“We came into T-Mobile 1 and a half hours before close. Once walking in we got helped immediately by Nicholaus. He was very informative, gave all options available and even when I was being a little difficult he didn’t skip a beat. His customer service was phenomenal and got us out the door with a great deal! We were having issues pulling my number over from Verizon and he never gave up, ended up getting everything solved. Took a little over an hour but he was very entertaining, funny, and knew how to get the customer what they wanted! Thank you and I hope you enjoyed your Taco Bell that night, we did! We love our phones and the service that came with it!”

She was the best and gave us many different options and gave us the time to think through them with no rush. She also mentioned T-mobile's FamilyMode app after we mentioned our concerns over our youngests online safety and now we feel safe with letting him on his phone! Great location and staff. “Was here to add a new line for my T-Mobile service. We were helped by Jose. He was super cool. Quickly figured out the best option which has a promotion on it. He literally took no time to set up the new line. He made the customer care call on behalf of us to get it done even faster. Delighted with the service we received that day. It's a big store with numerous mobile experts around. Jose saved us a lot of time for us by doing all settings for us. Great service!”

“Yenny, and Henry are super friendly every time I go in there. I needed help one time and they knew I was in desperate need of fixing my phone, bcz I'm not very tech savvy. They were closing the doors, and this woman stepped outside to fix my situation after hours. That to me says a lot about this location. And she didn't even know me. I think her name was Angie. That is customer service. This exact thing occurred to me at the location on Corporate Dr. And the lady was locking the doors. I'm always showing up right at closing it seems. Anyway it was even really cold and misting outside, and like I said. When it comes to my phone, I just don't know how to operate some of the most simple things. And the woman said I'm sorry but we are closed. I explained my silly situation, and she simply locked the doors, and could tell that I wasn't a danger, and it was a simple Facebook bubble fix. It took her less than 30 seconds. In the cold drizzle of rain. That's the kind of people that work at T-Mobile. Thank you so much. I tell my employees. GO THE EXTRA MILE, BECAUSE IT'S NEVER CROWDED!”
