“This is my first shopping visit to this store in Denton on 288. It's easy to find from the main road, a small but well seen entrance that curves back to the store. The front parking lot is not a grand parking lot but that means parking close! I'm familiar with the layout of Tractor Supply stores and they do vary. I shopped for cat food, bird seed, and rabbit feed. As I searched for the rabbit section, an associate had been talking with another customer in the main isle. I moved past and he quickly caught up with me and asked if I needed help. I said, "Yes, I need rabbit supplies!" He took me one more isle further and offered to help with anything I needed. He then asked if I needed help loading my car and to let the cashier know and he would gladly meet me in the front to assist. I didn't need help. The cashier was friendly and quick to check out out my items. Made eye contact, asked the usual TX questions. The store was definitely well stocked. Although I did not spend anytime here browsing the isles, I did notice the holiday items on display. My shopping experience here was a good one and I know Tractor Supply company well. Happy to have this conveniently located store with excellent customer service available yesterday!”

“Fantastic store and amazing staff! I agreed to take a dog last minute so it wouldn't go to a shelter and I literally went inside the store and said "help". I had dogs growing up but not one since. Aiden walked through each and every aisle with me helping me pick products and figuring out all that I needed. Mika the groomer also took the time to explain dog brushes to me and how to take care of my new dog's coat. They were so nice and very knowledgeable. This will definitely be my new store.”

“We are grateful for Susie’s Snack Shop and their self-serve dog wash. It’s a fantastic set up making it super easy to give our pup a wash between grooms. And we always leave with a sweet treat (or two) on the way out. Their gourmet cookies are a big hit! … Oh, and the staff is always very friendly!”

“I went in to purchase their Just Food for Dogs food and they didn't have the turkey kind I was looking for. I saw an associate by the name Kaleb and asked for his help! He was so through and helpful and just overall went above and beyond to make sure that what I needed, I got. It was so nice to see someone not just try to quickly answer a question and move on, he was very thorough, helpful, pleasant and made the experience way better! “There has been a lot of turnover in staff recently especially in the grooming department so I was a bit nervous for our most recent groom. Mimi did a wonderful job with our dog, listened to our requests and it was by far the best groom we've had from a petco. Looking forward to returning.”

“My little troublemaker is back in the house thanks to you! After getting sprayed by a skunk, you offered to let my husband bring her in the same day and got almost all of the smell off her with only 1 bath! I didn’t think she could be tolerable, until I got home and smelled her. Amazing! Thank you for your hard work and doing this for us. It is a job no one wants to do, and no one wants to have skunk dog in their facility, but you guys didn’t shy away. Very grateful for your services.”
