When I called the store, Kendall, the manager, was incredibly apologetic and offered multiple solutions to make things right. Since the delivery driver wasn't returning to the store to pick up the rest of my order, Kendall generously offered to deliver it himself. I was honestly surprised by the offer and felt it was above and beyond—but he insisted it was no trouble. He personally brought the rest of my order that same afternoon.
