Some of these reviews show how you can't please everyone. #1 It's not UPS who is changing the standards of Amazon returns; it's the sellers. #2 It's your responsibility to have your package taped up and ready for shipping when you get in line. If you don't, then plan on buying their supplies to do so. #3 At times, it can be slow, but that's because Denton has more people and it's these entitled people leaving bad reviews they are holding up the line to argue about the price of tape, return policies, etc.!!! #4 I definitely agree about the brown-haired woman with the bad attitude but at least she's consistent and I know what to expect when she's working!! lol”
