“I was doing an Amazon return at this location as I have several times before. When I set up the Amazon return, there were some confusion on my end and I had two items that I was returning, but I had them in the same box. When I realized my mistake, I contacted the store about 45 minutes after drop off and explain explained what happened.
The lady that I spoke to told me, I would need to come back up there to identify the package and item that I needed to separate This is a big hassle for the employees Because they had to go and locate the package open it up and help me sort it out.
They were very nice and they did this without any complaint. I apologized repeatedly for the extra work, but they were very gracious and understanding. They could have rightfully told me that there was nothing that they could do about it. But instead, they took the time to help me fix the issue and in the end prevented me from losing several hundred dollars. Outstanding customer service.”
“I've been coming to this UPS store for 10 years and 95% of the time I'm met with a smile and fast service. Some of these reviews show how you can't please everyone. #1 It's not UPS who is changing the standards of Amazon returns; it's the sellers. #2 It's your responsibility to have your package taped up and ready for shipping when you get in line. If you don't, then plan on buying their supplies to do so. #3 At times, it can be slow, but that's because Denton has more people and it's these entitled people leaving bad reviews they are holding up the line to argue about the price of tape, return policies, etc.!!! #4 I definitely agree about the brown-haired woman with the bad attitude but at least she's consistent and I know what to expect when she's working!! lol”
