“Went in to look around and ended buying two shirts, jeans and a pair of boots. Everyone was friendly and helpful. When trying on boots found a pair of imitation ostrich boots. A young man working there showed a pair pf real ostrich boots by Cody James for about the same price. Got those instead. As I said earlier. Everyone was very helpful. Always have had a pleasant experience at all Boot barn locations.”

“The difference of workers from California to Texas is insane. The workers here were very nice and helpful. Made it a nice experience while shopping with my elderly mom. Definitely better to purchase shoes here at the outlet store than online (most of the time anyway). The prices are decent and you can try them on for fit. Different styles in the same size fit differently. The step in shoes are great, especially for elderly parents and/or anyone with back problems.”

“I loved the hoodies I purchased online even more so in person, but what was even better was the customer service. I called to ask where they were located and which entrance was best to enter to locate them and the young lady on the phone was pleasant and very helpful. When my son and I got into the store both of the young ladies were friendly, helpful and just had great customer service ! My son tried on his hoodies and was pleased too.”

“I had a great experience today, 1/8/26, and I left with two pairs of great shoes. The employees in store were so nice and I felt very welcomed in the store. I asked to see one of the shoes but the employee brought out multiple different shoes to look at in different price ranges and I thought that was truly above and beyond. They were so accommodating even though it was 30 minutes before close and I ended up finding two pairs od shoes and two sets of socks. Thank you guys!”

“My experience over the last few days has been excellent; I had very bad experiences previously. There is a young woman named Nayely—choosing her was a great decision. She is so kind and truly cares about whether the store experience was a good one.”

“I ordered and purchased these items online yesterday 12/29. I had a great experience with the young lady with long hair and glasses who assisted me. Easy pick up order and went in today to return one of the cargo pants due to size, and the same girl greeted me, and another young lady at the cashier with glasses assisted me. Smooth return and great customer service here.”
