“Meeting someone like Roger can completely change the way you feel about a place. From the moment he assisted us, he was welcoming, patient, respectful, and genuinely kind. He took the time to listen, answered our questions clearly, and made sure we received all the assistance we needed. His professionalism was excellent, but what impressed us most was the warmth and humanity with which he treated us. “Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I went in the morning around 9am. 2 workers, no line, maybe one or two other customers came in while I was there. The older lady seemed a little frustrated but it was understandable because her system was acting up, she passed me along to the other employee to be serviced while she restarted her system. The younger lady who helped me was very nice. She got my packages shipped with out any problems. I would go back and I'd recommend this location to others.”
