“Willow Creek is an absolutely beautiful venue with exceptional service. Our wedding day was as close to perfect as anyone could hope for, and that’s not something you hear often. If anything went wrong behind the scenes, we never knew about it because the staff handled everything so professionally.
Most importantly, my daughter had the wedding of her dreams, and Willow Creek played a huge role in making that happen. The entire team was supportive, organized, and genuinely invested in making the day special. Hannah, the venue coordinator, was wonderful. She kept everything running smoothly and made sure guests remained comfortable, even having them wait in the atrium before the outdoor ceremony began.
Yes, the outdoor ceremony space faces west and receives afternoon sun, but we were fully aware of that and were offered the option to move indoors. We chose to remain outside, provided fans for guests, and kept the ceremony brief. The venue was transparent and accommodating throughout the process.
Taylor, the new owner, truly cares about each couple’s vision. At no point did anyone pressure us into using specific vendors. They simply provided recommendations, and every recommendation was outstanding. We used Steven with Hitch & Spin (DJ), DSquared for bartending, bussing, and rentals, Cakeaholics, and Fireova Catering, and every one of them exceeded our expectations.
The bridal and groom suites are beautiful and make getting ready enjoyable and stress-free. We also stayed overnight in the house located just steps from the venue, which was incredibly convenient for the bridal party and family.
From start to finish, everything felt seamless. The venue is gorgeous, the staff is personable and professional, and the level of care they provide is remarkable. Taylor and her team have truly elevated Willow Creek into a five-star venue.

“I had my family Christmas party here December 14th. The place is nice for a small group of like 60. My family loved the fact that it was a good location. 901 is very convenient for driving distance in Dallas. You have lots of parking and store next door in case you forget something. We had a dj and photographer and still had plenty of room. We really did enjoyed the night and the hall.”
“My husband and I had our wedding here at Chateau Hiddenwood. We were able to comfortably sleep our entire wedding party here, and the bed in the bridal suite was SO comfy! The house is very spacious, beautiful, and was more than accommodating for our events! The weather wasn’t quite warm enough for me to use the pool, but the hot tub was perfect to relax in and bond further with our closest friends the night before and after our wedding. The property itself is beyond beautiful! The trees, pond, and layout of the home and its outdoor space was absolutely perfect for our wedding. It was truly magical!
About the staff: The entire staff that runs this venue is so sweet! They accommodated us for multiple tours before our wedding, and answered emails quickly. I want to give a special shout out to Brandi, our day of coordinator, who was extremely sweet and helpful to us leading up to our wedding! While the girls were doing our hair for the wedding, we blew a breaker in the bridal suite. Brandi was very quick to climb all the way into the attic and fix the breaker so that we could finish getting ready. She literally went above and beyond!
A note about the property, for those with pets: the property is not fenced in. My two (approved) dogs decided to quickly wander into the woods in the backyard. I full sprinted into the woods after them and quickly learned that there was no fence to keep them contained. Luckily we found them, but through my spontaneous adventure through the woods, I came upon the neighbors’ properties, which some of are also unfenced and leads towards more woods. Long story short, keep your pets on a leash at all times while they are outside. Also, there were two cats that we saw wandering around outside the house. We absolutely loved their presence and they were so sweet, but I feel like is good to make note of if you have dogs that may not get along with other animals, and is even more reason to keep your pets on a leash at all times outside.
Overall, our experience at Chateau Hiddenwood was perfect! The staff, property, and overall vibes were amazing, and I am extremely grateful that we found this beautiful space to celebrate our love at!

“When Snookie's Events says "and more" they do mean more. This venue hosts brunches, birthday celebrations, children's events and open mics. Sometimes I just pull into the parking lot to see what is going on and there is always something going on at Snookie's!?! I love this place!”
“This is a great place for entertainment as the theatre offers a variety of shows from magic shows, variety of singers, karaoke and movies, etc. It's an old theatre that has recently been restored and renovated and is absolutely beautiful inside. The theatre offers general seating with a great view of the stage and a VIP section up in the balcony. The VIP section offers a variety of snacks along with bottles of wine to dine on while you enjoy the show. I have definitely enjoyed myself every time I have attended the theatre and plan to go back several more times for a fun and entertaining evening. I do highly recommend this place for a wonderful evening out. It's a great hidden gem and worth making the trip to the theatre!”

“This place was amazing for the baby shower I had in July. The owner was amazing in helping her set the place up for my event. She was professional not only with the paperwork but also how things turned out. She was always there if we needed anything and was always welling to help. “I truly loved my stay at this hotel. The beds were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff showed great flexibility. Every team member was kind and attentive—especially Jasmine, who went above and beyond ??❤️. Breakfast was great, everything was spotless, and communication was consistently excellent. The cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to answer any questions or assist with anything needed.
The only downside I experienced was the pool. The chlorine level seemed higher than recommended, which caused eye irritation and some difficulty breathing. If you have asthma, I would advise caution. I mentioned this to the staff, and I understand they can only do so much, but I truly hope management or supervisors can address this issue. I would not recommend using the pool until there is a daily log available showing proper pH and chlorine levels.
Aside from that, I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
